60' Follow-Up

Service Description

​Follow-Up sessions include a brief reevaluation, treatment, movement re-education, and adjustments to your home exercise program as needed. Treatment includes any tools and techniques that we offer, including Dry Needling (see “Treatments” on the home page). The plan of care started at your Evaluation session establishes the goals, expectations, and the number and frequency of Follow-Up sessions estimated to reach those goals. We'll evaluate your progress at regular intervals and adjust the plan if necessary.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a rebooking fee (15' visits = $8, 30' visits = $16, 60' visits = $32, 90' visits = $48, 2h30m visits = $80). Cancelled appointments must be rescheduled within one month of the original appointment date, or the appointment credit will be forfeited.
