90' Evaluation

Service Description

At your evaluation, we will talk about how your problem started, what you're having trouble with, and most importantly, what you want to achieve. The included physical exam involving movement analysis, strength, and range of motion testing will tell us where to turn our attention. Lastly, we'll start treatments and exercises to help you function better and ease your symptoms. Treatments include everything we offer (see Treatments on the homepage), including dry needling if appropriate. Most experience immediate relief. The main focus of the evaluation session is understanding the root causes of your issue and establishing a plan of care to help you reach your goals.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the session. All sales of physical therapy sessions are final. Cancelled appointments must be rescheduled within one month of the original appointment date. Latitude Physiotherapy does not contract with any insurance companies, however, the payments you make may be partially reimbursable by your insurance company if your plan includes out-of-network physical therapy benefits.
