60' Follow-Up

Service Description

​Follow-Up sessions include a brief reevaluation, treatment, movement re-education, and adjustments to your home exercise program as needed. Treatment includes any tools and techniques that we offer, including Dry Needling (see “Treatments” on the home page). The plan of care started at your Evaluation session establishes the goals, expectations, and the number and frequency of Follow-Up sessions estimated to reach those goals. We'll evaluate your progress at regular intervals and adjust the plan if necessary.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the session. All sales of physical therapy sessions are final. Cancelled appointments must be rescheduled within one month of the original appointment date. Latitude Physiotherapy does not contract with any insurance companies, however, the payments you make may be partially reimbursable by your insurance company if your plan includes out-of-network physical therapy benefits. If you want to use out-of network benefits, download the Insurance Benefits Worksheet (go.latitudept.com/insurance-benefits-worksheet) and call your insurance before initiating physical therapy—some insurance companies will deny your claims if you don't follow their instructions carefully.
